I know, you're busy..you don't have the energy blah blah blah. Staying in shape plays a big part in how you breathe, think and feel! I run 15 minutes every morning and night + 30 minutes of upper and lower body workouts. If you want the results that you Dream of, you'll train yourself to at least workout/run 3 times a week. YOU CAN DO IT!

Bubble Bath/Showers.

A place to drop your shoulders, tilt your head back and relax... A place to sink and Daydream.. The time and privacy to cry your eyes out. The sound of the shower covers the pain in your moans..Stepping into/ out of the bathroom is like your before and after pic at the Salon. Rejuvenate XO
